Public Notice

Citizen Participation Instructions:

• Citizens who physically attend the meeting and wish to speak during citizen comment periods or during public hearings will need to sign up to speak with the clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.  
• Citizens who wish to comment during the Citizen Comment portion have a time limit of 3 minutes. Public Hearing comments have a time limit of 5 minutes.
• Written comments received prior to the meeting will be provided to the Board and/or staff for review. NO WRITTEN COMMENTS WILL BE READ DURING THE BOARD MEETING.
• Individual desiring to attend the meeting and require special accommodations should contact the appropriate person below. (NO LESS THAN 5 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING.)

• Citizens who wish to attend the meeting in person should adhere to the social distancing guidelines found here requiring face coverings while inside buildings set forth by the Governor and public health officials.  
• Citizens are asked to remain at home and participate electronically if they (1) are experiencing symptoms of illness, (2) have had contact with a known or suspected COVID-19 case in the last 14 days, or (3) have a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher.
