Facility Description

The Aetna Better Health of Virginia CrossFit Exercise Room houses two (2) treadmills, one (1) recumbent bike, a spin bike, elliptical machine, ab crunch machine, pull-up/dip rack, digital scale and a five (5) stack universal weight machine.

Usage Cost: $1.00 per hour. Please review the Policies and Procedures which are available at the Ragsdale Community Center.
