Setup a payment plan

Instructions for setting up a payment plan:

  1. Print and submit the following payment plan form (PDF). The form must be signed in front of a notary. You can submit it by email, fax, mail or in person.
  2. Pay the initial down payment by internet,mail, or money order, in person with your signed payment plan.
  3. Once the Clerk receives your down payment and notarized form, the Clerk will update your case(s) to reflect the payment agreement.
  4. If you would like a copy of your plan or receipts for any payments, you must send a self-addressed stamped envelope to our office with your payments.

If your sole source of income is Social Security or Supplemental Security Income you are exempt from making payments on your fines and costs until you have another source of income. However, any restitution you have been ordered to pay is not included in this exemption. You will need to notify the court and sign a document.
